No compensation may be accepted by S-PAC volunteers for any services rendered, but tax-deductible donations may be made to S-PAC by check with the contributor's name and address clearly-printed on the check, or by online transaction using the Donate button on this website.
- S-PAC is a non-profit, charitable organization and does not represent Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, AHCCCS or any other government institution.
- S-PAC provides free access to resource documents, forms, and website links that afford recipients numerous money-saving opportunities. S-PAC holds no responsibility for the content or integrity of these resources, but offers them on this site in an easily accessible format.
- S-PAC volunteers are available to assist with these services if needed, but may not sign as witness to any legal document, are not attorneys and do not offer legal advice.
- At your request, S-PAC offers referrals for other important services related to the maintenance of life and health. These referrals will be to for-profit companies that pay commissions to representatives for their services.
